The state-of-the-art drink fountains offer 58 different drink combinations, half with low or no sugar.

Coca-Cola Oceania Country Manager, Sandhya Pillay, says using the innovative, smart technology, Kiwi customers can choose from a core range of 12 sparkling and still drink options, plus four no sugar flavour shots which can be added to beverages to create a unique burst of flavour.

“We’re excited to partner with Burger King to give Kiwis the opportunity to experience our new drink fountains. The new fountains allow people to tailor their drinks to whatever one-of-a-kind combination they feel like at the time.

“We’ve ensured that with this new offering, no sugar options have increased to more than half of those available which lives up to our ongoing commitment to actively helping Kiwis consume less sugar,” she says.

The fountain offers Coke Classic, Sprite, Fanta, Lift, L&P and Sparkling Duet Raspberry, as well as Coke No Sugar, Sprite Zero, Diet Coke, Sparkling Water, Still Water and Fuze Tea. The flavoured shots include vanilla, pineapple, lime and raspberry.

The drink machines also feature large touch-screen displays and dual drink nozzles designed to reduce queues and wait times during busy periods.

James Woodbridge, General Manager – Marketing, Burger King says: “The 150 dispensers were installed by Coca-Cola Amatil across all 81 restaurants nationwide within four weeks – a phenomenal achievement.”
